Our brand new Football Academy is here in Boston. This is our top tier of football coaching, where all our teams are run and managed by our Head Coach Max, who is studying towards his UEFA B coaching license. Our Academy teams will play against academies; locally, nationally and internationally allowing our players to experience the best opportunities football can offer. We aim to make the most incredible memories for all players that join our academy. Which is why our teams will get to travel, take stadium tours, build life long friendships all whilst playing the sport they love.

Bears Football Academy is set up for all boys and girls that want to be the best player they can. By signing up to our academy your child will get the very best level of football coaching. With all sessions being meticulously planned and professionally delivered bringing a Premiership level of coaching to Boston. 

We believe that children should be able to enjoy playing for their grassroots club with their friends whilst also still able to receive the highest level of coaching and competing against the top teams. Head Coach Max has said " Many times I have spoken to parents, who tell me that their child has signed for an academy. Their child ends up having to eat dinner in the car 3 nights a week, do homework in the car, often fall to sleep in the car on their way home. The children often then miss out on crucial time with family and friends. Bears Football Academy is here for all these parents that do 2 hour round trips 3 nights a week to get their children to their academy sessions. We are making this academy on your doorstep, so you no longer have to take your child so far to get quality football coaching."

If your child is already at a grassroots team that's great, they will not have to leave and can carry on playing and training with that team. We want to work with all local grassroots clubs to help improve their players and encourage children to take up a team whilst part of our academy, so if your team has any spaces please let us know and we may be able to send players your way.
