This is the home for our brand new project to keep children healthy, mentally and physically. We know these lockdowns have been hard on everyone especially the children. Using the FA four corner model we have been able to produce a series of challenges that will improve children's technical ability in football, physicality and mental health.
Each week you can check here for the new set of challenges, you will need to help your child complete some of these challenges as they can be quite tricky. Every week that your child completes the full set of challenges they will earn a special certificate. If your child can collect all 4 certificates you will be able to book a free 30 minute private session with us (Once restrictions allow, of course).
Here is where you will find all the helpful resources you will need to help your child complete this weeks challenges.
Get outside and practice; Toe Taps, Foot Rolls, Drag Backs, Big Toe Little Toe, anyway that you can move the ball around. Do this as often as you can this week. Loads of little touches, working on ball manipulation.
Use this half term break to get outside with a football as much as you can. Whilst out there you should work on all the skills and ways to move a ball that we have covered over any of our sessions. Here is a video to give you some ideas.

Yoga challenge - learn and perform 3 different yoga poses from this video.
Time to try something different for many of you now. Watch this video below and try to replicate 3 of the yoga poses in it. If you really want you can follow the whole video through completing a yoga session.
Make a homemade video of you making pancakes to send to a friend/ family member.
When making your pancakes create a little video for a family member or your friend. Show them what you have on your pancake and how you made them.
We are not asking for you to document every time your child completes a challenge as we know you parents have enough your plate with home schooling! We would ask though if you can get a little video or photo of your child having a go at one or 2 of these challenges to send them to us through:
